Yeah we got it. He just needs some prompting. He got it, everyone was nice, he was nice for about a day.
He has since made his annual I am leaving Sherdog post, we will get a few weeks reprieve,then he will pop back in with a thread about kettlebell conditioning or tai chi and begin the cycle again.

Yeah, we didn't even point out that he looked like Danny DeVito on TRT.

How much do you bench ? Nah I'm trying to be fair and not jelous of powerlifters. 315 is really high. But perhaps you been benching since 2 decades and push 400 for sets. 315 for a powerlifter in competition is not good, ok.
 
recently switched to zercher squats from back squats my last set with them was 315 for 6 how hard are zerchers compared to squats?

I don't understand why lots of you stick with inferior training methods. Just train the way Doug Hepburn wants you to, bro. Or better yet, reduce the number of exercises in your program, do only the good ones, and give them lots of volume with heavy-ass weight... Like how every renowned strength athlete does, all the time.

I'm truly sorry to tell you this if you are family or a friend but Baby is no longer with us. But I will step in as a poor substitute and in BH tradition I will argue that if you knew anything about the training methods of my (his) hero Mr. Doug Hepburn you would know that

You should be able to do more with a backsquat, but I feel really strong doing zerchers.

If you are hitting them below para they will be much harder, but I find my arms hit the thighs, so it tends to be higher and easier for me.
