Get the fuck off of the computer for just 10 minutes. Sit down on a chair and close your eyes. Listen to your breathing and allow your mind to be in the present. If any thoughts intrude into your mind, do not fixate on them but rather let them pass on their own.
This is practicing mindfulness. And it fucking saved my life.
