What's up Sherbros,

Not wanting to rustle any Jimmies here but help a guy out.

Sherbros tell us that the HW is in shambles, it is the worst division in the UFC right now.

Sherbros judge Tom Aspinall skill based on how he won at the same division that is considered bad.
Some Sherbros even said he could be the GOAT or whatever...

Tom was properly being challenged by Gane in speed, striking and flow, on a level that he never faced before.
Gane only lost to Jones and went to a UD versus N'gonne which is probably more athletic, stronger and definitely punches harder than Tom.

Explain to me how Tom can be perceived as the next big thing when the division is shit, said by Sherbros themselves.

TLDR: If the HW division is shit as many claim, how can Tom be the next big thing when he is untested?

It's ebb and flow. Yes the division is not at it's finest, but give it time a couple years. Will see new influx of fighters coming into this division.

The current HW division is good enough that you can fairly be considered talented if you steamroll a bunch of guys in it, but it isnt good enough for anyone to build up a resume that makes them look like a credible HW GOAT contender.

UFC figured out to not continue to seek out the best talent from other orgs.

Because DNTNCS

You will watch Jailton Almeida and you will like it.

Or not like it.

But that's what's on the fucking menu.
