Belal was a former champ. and the #2 WW in the world. How is beating him not a good thing? Ian already beat Prates handedly. No need for a rematch as it was a fairly unmemorable fight. Only JDM and Shavkat should be ranked higher than Ian. I’m not advocating for Ian to rematch anyone, but if he was forced to have a rematch, it should only be against Shavkat who should be ranked above him.
