Does the Strength forum even have mods? I have seen people get away with less in the War room.
I've had Dubs for less than that.

No, I am seriously telling you that you are manic so you can reign your posting in. Posting random stuff is fine, but you're going down that rabbit hole again.Bro that's what you get for calling me crazy. I make some childish jokes and dude tells me about being manic which basically is making fun of mental health. Like if someone shares something personal on a forum, you don't need to discriminate them and use it against them in a cliche way "are you manic again?". Than I will pretend you are right and overamplify whatever you accuse me off and say stupid shit like I will come to Australia for you.
I mean would I post my personal pictures and videos if I was gonna be a online serial terrorist maniac something whatever you joke I am.
Make fun of my health and I scare you. Simple. Honestly thought you get it's bsing. But ok I can make other types of jokes.
However you don't got the balls to share too much info so I guess I can make fun of you being Australian ? And lifting weights.
All good guys. Nothing happened. I will refrain from making scatchy jokes. As they aren't as obvuous as I asumed they are.
Just to let you know I don't enjoy the manic accusations that you sporadicaly let out on me. Being manic is a medical condition.
@Baby Hanma Do you do all of your high rep sets like that? I was honestly surprised you failed the last rep. You probably just got out of position which is easy to do when going that fast. I think you'd benefit a lot more by extending out each rep. On a 20 rep set, I would typically try to bang out the first 8-10 quick. Take a long breath and a break, slam out another 4-6. Then the last were like one or two at a time.
I still have never had dubs.I've had Dubs for less than that.

It's cheating if you don't go fully down or stand up fully. Taking a few breaths at the top between reps on a max effort set isn't an issue. It’s cheating if you pause at the top. That’s resting before the next rep.
He failed because he was progressively getting deeper through the set. The last 3-4 are almost to depth.@Baby Hanma Do you do all of your high rep sets like that? I know it's a joke, it doesn't bother me at all.
I am not putting anything that can identify me
because I come to Sherdog to talk about my hobbies of MMA and training.
Not scared of anything, just a professional
I don't care I'm a good personwho likes to remain anonymous online. This stuff follows you.
I don’t fucking know dude. You assholes basically turned that video null and void. I’m heading to the gym today soon and gonna do front squats and record it for you all to see, you fucking assholes.
That 255 lbs will really put me in my place.
Gonna keep a close eye on this thread to see where it goes...
Hate this part of using KettlebellsThat’s interesting, because 25kg is 55lbs, not 51, lol.
Just do all your lifting in the far superior Kgs...Hate this part of using Kettlebells
but it's smaller, why you wanna lift less?Just do all your lifting in the far superior Kgs...
100kg is so much better than 220.462 lbs. 32kg is much better than 70.5479 lbs...
I took something like 2-3 months last time to put up the squat video earlier. He had to "edit" it. It won't be up for a while.Gonna keep a close eye on this thread to see where it goes...

In Europe only the UK uses pounds. So you other European teritories aka Murica and Australia seem to be Brit dominated. Every single other country in Europe uses KG. I know 225 is 100 kg. And I know the UFC weight classes are 70 77 84 94 kg. Like I don't know 130 kg of the top of my head in pounds.Just do all your lifting in the far superior Kgs...
