Bro that's what you get for calling me crazy. I make some childish jokes and dude tells me about being manic which basically is making fun of mental health. Like if someone shares something personal on a forum, you don't need to discriminate them and use it against them in a cliche way "are you manic again?". Than I will pretend you are right and overamplify whatever you accuse me off and say stupid shit like I will come to Australia for you.

@Baby Hanma Do you do all of your high rep sets like that? I was honestly surprised you failed the last rep. You probably just got out of position which is easy to do when going that fast. I think you'd benefit a lot more by extending out each rep. On a 20 rep set, I would typically try to bang out the first 8-10 quick. Take a long breath and a break, slam out another 4-6. Then the last were like one or two at a time.

@Trabaho and @babyhanma both keep creating threads about lifting certain amounts and then imploding when kept accountable to lifting those weights.

Anytime either actually does what they say, everyone congratulates them. I get there is an element of trolling but they both just take major losses everytime they post in these threads.

Same with this thread. That lift is impressive for a Globo gym, but you do that in a serious strength gyms and pass off that depth, you are getting called out for quarter squatting.
You see that stuff in Globo gyms all the time.

It's cheating if you don't go fully down or stand up fully. Taking a few breaths at the top between reps on a max effort set isn't an issue.

You see it all the time in every strength sport that involves max reps e.g Strongman, Crossfit and Girevoy Sport.

He failed because he was progressively getting deeper through the set. The last 3-4 are almost to depth.

When I did 20 reps in the past I had to hit a rhythm and progress with my breathing as it went harder.
1-10 reps, 1-2 breaths
10-15 3-5 breaths
15-20 - Whatever it takes

The extra reps made me feel like I was getting more rest even though I was breathing quicker and resting a similar amount. I do similar in strength endurance sessions still.

These motherfuckers already have a plan to emotionally destroy me after I pour heart and soul into those front squats. They are dishonorable and cowardly. And they have no guilt in being that way.

Be that as it may, I'm still obligated by my alpha pride to conquer them with sheer action. Even if it is a losing battle. I am Guts, and these guys are violating my Casca. But I have no choice but to keep fighting.

I am putting my shorts on and driving to the gym. My phone is ready to record.

I took something like 2-3 months last time to put up the squat video earlier. He had to "edit" it. It won't be up for a while.

He then edited it so much he couldn't get the reps, weight or cut out the start bit.
 
but it's smaller, why you wanna lift less?

To make it more impressive when I actually lift more as opposed to pretending by inflating the number.

Plus people always seem to mix up the weight in lbs. It always seems to go up for some reason haha.
 
Just do all your lifting in the far superior Kgs...

100kg is so much better than 220.462 lbs. 32kg is much better than 70.5479 lbs...
In Europe only the UK uses pounds. So you other European teritories aka Murica and Australia seem to be Brit dominated. Every single other country in Europe uses KG. I know 225 is 100 kg. And I know the UFC weight classes are 70 77 84 94 kg. Like I don't know 130 kg of the top of my head in pounds.

So this guy Hamza no Hamma ? Wait Hanma, is driving to the gym to show out. Ok let's see what we get. My advice, go for 5% or even 10% less weight but hit the technique. 7% more is not gonna cut it if they are gonna call it not legit.

I read all the posts after mine, for clarity - I posted what I did because it's simply good practice. Neither I or Maximus were scared or worried about anything recent, I don't know about baby but I assumed your stuff was joking or at least not a serious threat to anyone because of how erratic it was. The point was that it just ain't right to threaten anyone's safety. Just cause the two of us brushed it off doesn't mean it wouldn't freak somebody else out. It's wrong period and I'm sure it's against the rules and it should be if it's not.
