How are you strengthening your immunity right now?

I have 2 kids. My immune system is well trained by those cute little germ factories.
 
Eat my fruits and veggies.

Exercise with cardio and weights.

Get plenty of sleep.

Masturbate furiously to lesbian porn.
 
I got a home gym set up and luckily there is a pool where i live for cardio..im set on swimming 1h daily as it has most benefits of any exercise
I have virtually no equipment, so I'm boned there. I work in physical therapy, so I have a rehab gym I'm gonna be forced to start using, problem is I can't be going too hard sweating everywhere making strenuous poopy faces without distracting others...
 
3 days minimum.

You can also have low carb low protein snacks, preferably high on good fats.
Like avocado. Chia seeds. Flaxseed meal.
Black coffee with coconut oil, stevia if you can only have it sweet.

Less than 500 calories a day. Preferably 200 or less.

Your whole body system will regenerate, including your immune system which will be on alert removing your own damaged cells and any foreign organisms.

Start on water fast and keep it going with a limited calorie low carb low protein fast, or viceversa.

Been on vaca for 3wks so perfect time as the fridge is empty

My fat metabolism aint the best and am intolerant to some foods you mentioned..but will shoot for 3day water fast given the autophagy benefits kicking in at that mark

For calisthenics..all you need is the floor and a bar or tree branch

What's this like? Heard it gives you a pretty serious buzz

I dont get a buzz but feel like having tons of energy..mix it into a liquid

It pretty unique in its nutritional profile..containing all essential amino acids, tons of antioxidants and enzymes as well as compounds even lab scientists couldnt identify

These are good..need to add more greens to diet while swimming is sort of the sub for showers

And remind myself to do periodic king kong chest pounding for alpha affirmation
 
Was gifted those emergency vitamin packs so I try drinking one of those a day. Also taking vitamin d and fish oil.

Kinda all my broke ass can afford.
 
Whats the deal with echinacea?

Chicken and yogurt got zinc and b vitamins..as do lentils which i forgot to add i intake daily (also choke full of minerals and prebiotics)

Fish oil would be naturally contained in my salmon consumption

I think it's supposed to help fight off cold and flu.

I just had it in my cabinet, hadn't taken it in forever.

Figured now is as good a time as any.

if you didnt know 80% of our immune system is housed in the gut
~80% of our immune CELLS reside in gut associated lymphoid tissues.. it doesnt make sense to say the immune system is housed somewhere, other than the host.

I got some sunflower seed butter, if you can find it at a local health store that’s good too.
 
Good idea i thought about it as its proven to boost immunity..how long? After 2-3 days water fast i start feeling weak..

Intermittent fasting. The 16 / 8 method.

8 hour window to eat 1-3 meals, try cutting out snacks and obviously limit unhealthy foods. Then eat nothing for 16 hours. Your weight and fat disappear quickly. And it's very beneficial, it boosts your metabolism, very good for your heart and brain. Check out Google, have a look.
