And stay away from contaminated persons by wearing masks, putting alcohol, washing hand and taking a bath daily.
 
sleeping 8 hours a day, eating good, exercising, and banging as many girls that i can find that are willing to travel to my condo during the pandemic.

Eating one piece of fruit a day.
Have not left my house since wednesday now. Its boring as hell...

I just like to point out that proper hand-washing is still your first line of defense and if you don't wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap, you are doing it wrong. Nowadays, when I am in public washroom, I notice vast majority of people still wash their hands only for 2-5 seconds even if there is no queue.

Surprised how many ppl take supplements for things they can get thru food in abundance..e.g. fish/meat, dairy and lentils/beans are choke full of b vitamins

A news segment said bats often naturally end up running high temperatures and they attributed that to them having fewer illnesses.

Would people who spend a lot of time in hot sauna have less likelihood of having flu or coronavirus?

Possibly..which made me think saunas/steamrooms combined with ice baths or cold showers probably rev up the immune system by improved circulation
 
Yes, quit blazing weed and drinking. Taking vitamins and doing plenty of cardio on the treadmill. Started off running 25 minutes and upping it by 5 minutes, curently doing 40 minutes, hope to be back where i was some years ago where I was running half marathons.
 
No booze, healthier eating, and more sleep. Also taking vitamin D, which I should be doing anyways
Can't think of what else to do.
