How are you strengthening your immunity right now?

Are you chugging down coronas or doing something more sensible?

Personally i ate 2lbs of bee pollen which is known to build up immunity

I am also gulping down 1-2lbs of yogurt daily as it contains probiotics (good bacteria) important for gut health..if you didnt know 80% of our immune system is housed in the gut

Generally clean diet otherwise..with fish/chicken, some organic artisan bread and loads of veggies that have antioxidants, vitamin C as well as prebiotics that feed probiotics

Or maybe I'm not trolling. I'm sick as fuck and quarantined. I added in a few things that weren't true and you guys cranked it up to 11 like it was some great crime.

I not Spiderman, I haven't even been to NY city cince I saved it on 9/11 from Godzilla. He distracted me just long enough a few planes got by.

Whats the deal with echinacea?

Chicken and yogurt got zinc and b vitamins..as do lentils which i forgot to add i intake daily (also choke full of minerals and prebiotics)

Fish oil would be naturally contained in my salmon consumption
 
Doing a lot more cardio (Primarily due to all gyms being closed) and I'm eating healthier. D-sups and plenty of cantaloupe lol.

I got a home gym set up and luckily there is a pool where i live for cardio..im set on swimming 1h daily as it has most benefits of any exercise
 
Just routine stuff Ive been doing for years. My immune system is strong but my understanding of disease transmission and hygiene is stronger.
 
I've been making and eating lots of broth and fruits with vitamin C.

And even though I'm an atheist, thank god for throat spray.

3 days minimum.

You can also have low carb low protein snacks, preferably high on good fats.
Like avocado. Chia seeds. Flaxseed meal.
Black coffee with coconut oil, stevia if you can only have it sweet.

Less than 500 calories a day. Preferably 200 or less.

Your whole body system will regenerate, including your immune system which will be on alert removing your own damaged cells and any foreign organisms.

Start on water fast and keep it going with a limited calorie low carb low protein fast, or viceversa.
