Marines, sailors, soldiers, and Airmen still need to the same standards. Men and women do the same training for every MOS.

Hoop earrings and highlights (of natural color) are a uniform standard, not a physical standard. And have no effect on readiness as you simply aren't allowed them in the field

Air force adjusted their body fat standards in 2023 and need to unlucky themselves but that is nothing new. Their physical fitness standards have been projected to get stricter to counteract this.

The ACFT did not change. The scoring tables changed because they were poorly designed. Age and sex based scoring tables exist to prevent injury in troops. You dont need 40 year old MSgts performing at the same standard as an 18 year old grunt. Thats how you get injuries and take people out of the fight. The teirs of men and women's scoring tables overlap. The course of action for training is the same
