HEAVYWEIGHT COACH (why the average coach shouldn't be training heavy weights)

lol this vid is even worse than your others. Here's how you should look on a teardrop bag.

Notice how he's working the bag instead of letting the bag work him (like you do). Why should this rudimentary shit have to be pointed out to a so-called veteran MMA coach.

I do appreciate you digging up that clip to show off that slow-motion slip you do at :25.

sounds like you want me to make another video for you LOL

my woman shoots a few seconds of my pre mma wharmup and you guys think im supposed look like Ali

LOL

U like that slip @ :25

LOL

i rotate just fine AND it not smart on every punch

sometimes its best if you just tap with a fast shot and followup with power

mix it up jackass

I trained internationally [read profile]

how come you dont want to talk heavyweight coaching?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Fast shot. Lmao, you're so slow nothing is a fast shot champ. I've trained in Thailand and the Philippines.

You are literally the biggest waste of time on this forum. I'm done with your bullshit fantasy tales.

this 130lber tries to compare a 289lber to a 160lber

What did you take me to school on? You're completely hopeless at boxing and muay thai (Though your knees back in the day were quality and you did throw them with some venom). I'm sure back in the day you were reasonably talented, but today is a completely different story.

Yeah man

Im a huge stan the man fan

You guys should be more proud of him

But you have to understand that heavyweights fight very differently then men half their size

I don't doubt you trained in Thailand and the Philippines but you're an Aussie so that is nothing but a "Mexican" vacation for you guys

When you were in Thailand and the Philippines what was the heaviest athlete you saw?

Bruh, one of my closest friends is currently number 20 in the world and undefeated heavyweight. I trained with him for 6 years before he moved to a new gym last year.... Like I said, I trained out of the most successful Gym in Australia until I quit fighting and training altogether late last year.
Philippines the heaviest would have been about 75 - 85kg. Thailand there were plenty of guys who were over 100kg thanks to all the dutch and Russian fighters that are over there nowdays. You'd know how big the dutch boys get being a saffer yourself.

But all that aside. I don't doubt you were a good fighter in your younger days. As you age your abilities start to waiver, it's why I stopped fighting aged 29. I just think a lot of the shit you say is completely outlandish. I don't have anything against you personally, and I'm sure you're a good guy who does your best to teach his students.

What I've been trying to say is body shape and ability as a fighter really don't have much bearing on training someone. It's the understanding of the sport and the intricacies of it.

My point was Thai boxing was developed by very small individuals for very small individuals and is an excellent example as the larger heavyweights simply don't do what a 112 lb guy does

the influx of European athletes is a curious subject in thai STYLE kickboxing as I detailed their different kicking Style quite a bit on my other threads

In my experience a coach will tailor training to the athlete not the sports history.
