just because there are trainers who NEVER EVEN fought in boxing yet were great trainers in no way "debunks" the fact that heavyweight athletes are different and should be trained by specialists who were heavyweight athletes themselves [in an optimal strategy]
Angelo Dundee, Cus D'Amato, Gil Clancy would have been EVEN BETTER had they been competitive athletes themselves
just because they had success doesn't mean they were OPTIMAL...we will never know what the "best performance" of their athletes would have been
they had the OPPORTUNITY and FACILITY to train where many did NOT
the best fighter is rarely the best coach...in fact they NEVER are
