Pretty much every 19-22 year old black gentlemen that hung around my neighborhood when I was growing up was on a 12-15 year old (Yes, 12) girl mission. I was friends with one of the 22 year olds when I was 16 and he went to high school with me one day lol. But yeah, it was all really gross back then and still is.

I mean, can we talk about it honestly? I have a 15 and 16 year old, and they rat on each other when mad and it’s been “19 year old guy asking to hang out” this, and “20 year old on Instagram that,” and it’s always African Americans. If you deny it you’re a f****** p****. If you don’t see how desperately hard the media has pushed for this to be the norm you’re a retard. I would say this to my black friends faces, by the way.

Sounds about right from the police perspective. Yes he was justified in actions up to the point that the perp had fled and he followed him outside with his gun and beat him some more. I'm actually quite glad he got his licks in.

He has the absolute freedom to defend his home and his daughter. He doesn't have the freedom to seek vengeance though once that person is longer threatening them.

He should have done his best to complete a citizens arrest by detaining him and then allowed the police to handle it.

The court also needs to be lenient though to. Understanding that a normal person without proper training can not always act intelligibly once the fight instinct begins.

That's a fair assessment.
