Crime Pacific Palisades Fire Starter Caught? [19 Died, 9,400 Homes Razed]

Shit, arresting climate change is a fucking huge step forward for society!

I think it’s misplaced rage. Mega conglomerates buying up tons of land is a problem. An individual owning a few rental properties is fine and healthy for the economy. I think a lot of them conflate the two things.

I am a landlord myself even though people seem to think I’m a basement dwelling communist

I don't disagree, I suppose.

Dude asked for a figure, I think 10 million is plenty for anyone, owning wealth that dwarfs 10 million is obscene, unnecessary and damaging overall even with good intentions.

I suppose I might argue that when wealth amasses to the 10 million mark, things might start to become unhealthy. There's a tipping point.

I'm not talking about the value of a company or corporation but an individual's actual worth aside from any productive interests they own. I don't personally see landownership as productive, but you're right, a few properties is neither here nor there and could help someone if you're a GOOD landlord.

Interesting point.
