GSP to Bendo: thanks for the blueprint

Ducking Diaz? Anyone really think GSP needed to see the Bendo vs. Nate fight to have a game plan? It's plain and simple with the Diaz brothers, stay outside, duck in and out with quick combos, don't fall for the taunting, and they are easy to take down. Anyone think Diaz will submit GSP? haha if anything GSP pulls off the submission on Diaz. GSP going to get rocked my Diaz on the feet? No. And Diaz does not win by decision. I just don't understand how people think Diaz is a competitive fight for GSP.

I think he got's a good chance of winning i don't know if you watched diaz fight but he's a good fighter you cant ever count him out i mean people take some credibility away from diaz because of the condit fight but the style that condit used makes most people look bad even if they win look at leo santa cruz's fight that happened on saturday the guy was using his footwork and everything and it made santa cruz look bad even tho he won unless you got 1 punch ko power or good takedown's the running/footwork will make you look bad .

GSP vs. Nick is gonna look like Bendo vs. Nate!

Funny stuff. Also props to That209 for being the P4P best Diaz fan on here, I'm not a Diaz fan but I have a hard time disagreeing with most things he says.

I'd take him much more seriously as a Diaz fan, if his screen name was Dat209.

Nate Diaz and his camp...along with everyone else with a brain knew Bendo would employ a leg attacking game plan mixed with wrestling and clinching against the cage.

If Cesar Gracie didnt prepare Nate to at least have a game plan for that game plan, than likely nick won't be ready for this kind of game plan either.

But maybe the Diaz bros. will always have this weakness in them, and no amount of training with Cesar Gracie can cover this hole. *hint hint*

After rewatching Bendo vs diaz several times, I too discovered the blueprint for beating a diaz.

That's what i was thinking too sometimes you just cant prepare for something but it looked like he trained how i did for my amaeuter fight not knowing who he was fighting so he just worked on his skill's man i was so disappointed with that fight i want to go train with them tho

Sorry georges, but....
1) bendo doesn't LnP
2) bendo doesn't throw only jabs
3) bendo actually tries to finish.

looks like GSP will be recycling condit's 'running man' gameplan instead.

GSP via decision. Nick is going to be more busted up than the condit fight.

LOL HAHA I think that's kind of how GSP would beat Nick as well.

What?

From a different thread I posted in, that should answer your question. Hope you're not too lazy to read.

Nick has all the tools to win, his aggressive, overwhelming style could be trouble for GSP because he's not normally used to guys that will always be pushing forward and throwing tons of punches at him.

He'll then go for the TD, but Nick can also give him a very hard fight off his back and could possibly catch him with something. Nick is the best BJJ guy GSP is going to have to face, in credentials BJ Penn is the best but his gas tank can't hold up and he's more traditional based BJJ than Nick. Nick is always working, striking, and he's always trying to submit you or sweep you at all costs. He doesn't stop moving when an opponent is on top.

Nick could possibly catch him with something on the feet or on the mat, he's no slouch where ever the fight goes. Nick isn't really the kind of guy to back off when he gets hit, lots of times he'll try and block his opponents strike, or he ends up taking it just in order to land a combination of his own instead of just 1 strike. GSP could give Diaz problems with his jab, but I don't see Diaz taking a jab from Georges and then resetting like most of his opponents have. Nick will take it and try to throw back immediately.

This is going to be a much more competitive fight than most people think it will be. On paper, you have GSP winning a decision, but Diaz, as I said, can definitely catch him with something off his back or finish him with strikes. Crazy things happen in this sport all the time, and GSP was on the wrong end of something crazy happening one time. It could possibly happen again. But we'll have to wait and see. I just want a good fight and I want to see Diaz fighting the best.

Anybody can lose, even Georges St. Pierre. Lots of people are writing Diaz off like he's not going to be a threat to GSP at all, but even Georges knows that Nick is a very skilled fighter and one of the toughest guys in the entire sport. I also think people forget that Nick has swept every wrestler that has been on top of him and that was years and years ago, people want evidence that Nick can hang with wrestlers, well, if he gets out wrestled by Georges people will say that he can't hang with them, but hell, it almost seems like nobody can hang with GSP's wrestling. But if there's 1 person who can give GSP a hard fight off his back, it's Diaz. Condit did a great job off his back by landing strikes, and Diaz has one of the most active guards in the game. It's going to be a good fight. You watch.

Writing all that gibberish isn't going to help Nick's chances. He literally has nothing to offer GSP in a fight, besides a WW version of the beat down that Nate got.

HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. o man this is going to be fukin hilarious once gsp realizes that his fighting nick and not nate. dumb ass

Are you always hating? Have you lost the joy in your life? Try to be happy for one whole day and I believe you will find life livable again.
Just some friendly advice.

Yeah but he has more vcash than you.

Yeah I know, most people do. UFC on Fox 5 really messed it up for me. Everybody I wanted to win lost lol.

I hate to interfere but I can tell you haven't been here that long too I can tell, You just post here like 49 times a day

My first account was from 2009, can't remember the username though.

Did you even read it? I never said "this is how Nick is going to beat Georges!" it's talking about what tools Nick has and what skills he has that can give GSP problems where ever the fight goes.

:icon_chee

Unlike tons of Diaz fans, I like to raise more logical discussions about the Diaz bros and I don't try to make them into something that they're not. Just trying to be realistic about the situations and shit like that.
