That was an expensive experiment. He likely made over 2 millions in the UFC.

Athleticism doesn't always translate to other sports. He looks slow stiff and uncoordinated in the octagon.
Lol I was kinda being sarcastic. But I agree, each sport has different kinds of athleticism.

May the "A level athlete would dominate UFC with 1 year of training" stupidity be forever etched in Sherdog history.
To be fair I don't know why some trolls used him as an "A level athlete" example. Hardy was a 6th round pick, had weak combine numbers, and was almost a decade removed from his prime.

A level would be like Micah Parsons or Myles Garrett, not freaking Hardy

Deserving. He just dosen't belong at that level. His best result to date is not getting finished by volkov. When your best performance you can tout in your 10 fight run with the promotion is a loss, you just don't belong. Plus I mention he isn't a cheap contract. So was probably a pretty easy decision for them where it was gregs last fight on his deal to just not re-sign him and cut their losses from the greg hardy experiment. And it wouldn't really be a release would it? Was fairly certain his contract was just up with that last fight. Dana had someone confirm so at the presser for the event. So just not re-signing him.

Looking forward to seeing the next Triad Combat 3 card...

Greg Hardy versus Kubrat Puliev

The people saying Hardy ain't shit are probably the same people who claim Brock is a "genetic freak" because he played a couple preseason NFL games and wasn't even good enough to make the practice roster (the vikings wanted to send him to play in NFL Europe lol.)

Those guys are A++ level. Being an all-pro now isn’t enough to be A-level, it’s the the top 1% of the nfl that is A level?

Brock was invited to the Vikings camp despite not playing football since high school because he was a freak athlete. If the numbers reported for him were accurate he was a top 1% nfl athlete. He just wasn’t a football player.

I'm more interested to see what he does next than his UFC run.

He was a rush job, and not ready, but he could do things in Bellator maybe. If he goes to BKFC though, I'm not interested at all. Trash sport
