Multiplat GreedFall

I wonder if they used the same guy in Bound by Flame. I'm not a person who really cares about the sound track in a game but Bound By Flame had a very good sound track.

Edit: Looked it up and yea he did Bound By Flames sound track as well.
Nice. I thought it was cool GreedFall's soundtrack is by the same bloke (O. Derivière) handling 2020's Dying Light 2. My friend has been trying to get me to pick up A Plague Tale and he coincidentally scored that as well – must be an I'll-rest-when-I'm-dead sort. :p

This is his body of work as I saw it:
  • Obscure (2004)
  • Championsheep Rally (2006)
  • My Little Flufties (2006)
  • Obscure II (2007)
  • Alone in the Dark (2008)
  • The Fall Trilogy (2009)
  • Might and Magic: Heroes Kingdoms (2009)
  • Tangled: The Video Game (2010)
  • Cardboard Castle (2011)
  • Of Orcs and Men (2012)
  • Harold (2013)
  • Remember Me (2013)
  • Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag — Freedom Cry (2013)[4]
  • Bound by Flame (2014)
  • Supernova (2015)
  • Subject 13 (2015)
  • The Technomancer (2016)
  • Get Even (2017)[5]
  • The Council (2018)
  • Vampyr (2018)
  • 11-11: Memories Retold (2018)[6]
  • A Plague Tale: Innocence (2019)
  • Greedfall (2019)
  • Dying Light 2 (2020)

It's got the Brotherhood of the Wolf aesthetic going on with a bit of AC IV: Black Flag and Horizon: Zero Dawn mixed in.

Tip of hat @ the reference, dude. I own this dusty gem on DVD and have always liked it. I've never heard anyone ever reference it before so I never knew if I was one of a few (or many) who even know about it.

Shit, I saw Brotherhood of The Wolf, and I thought that looked exceedingly similar. Why? My copy is in the French naming, De Pacte de Loups. Very underrated film.

What's the sher verdict on this one? What could it be compared to?

Other than bound by flame I didn't notice anything special about the other games of his I played. My friend has also been pushing me to get Plague Tale. I was always interested in Technomancer but passed on it might need to go back and see if it's maybe worth $10 or something.

seems to be pretty damn good from what im hearing

I'm like 8 hours in and at level 9. For some reason, the closest description I have is if Witcher 2 was done by Bioware. I'm little underwhelmed by the dialogue options but it's pretty deep what comes to skill trees and such.

I'm playing as charismatic tank (high vigor / strength + two handed heavy weapons).

It's a great game so far for me loving the companions and how many ways you can finish a quest. Tho at the moment I put this game on the side because borderlands 3 is currently taking up my game Time.

I played a few hours last night after work. First thing is the character creator is not very good. Basically a bunch of preset faces and hair cuts. The story seems like a slow burn but is interesting. Reminds me of the third fable but much darker and more adult focused. The combat is kind of fun but not very. I made a warrior but then went back and made a mage. The mage seems pretty OP. The voice overs are bad but the environments are nice. The combat tutorial was actually pretty fun. The parry is similar to how it works in witcher. The gun combat is pretty bad. I am really looking forward to sinking more time into this game.

Bought this today. Looking forward to diving in.

Curious what you think about it. This game is high on my backlog, but it took a quick back seat with The Surge 2 and then Code Vein. Now with Death Stranding and the new Star Wars game coming out Friday, along with picking up some Steam RPG sales with Legend of Grimrock I/II and Vaporum, I'm not sure when Greedfall will get its time.

Yep it's on my backlog as well but there is just so much to play right now who knows when I'll get to it.

I actually own the 3 disc Canadian DVD version. It was the first time I was ever introduced to Monica Belluccis nude form. Thankfully not the last.
