Reasonable assumption.I'm give Anderson the benefit of the doubt due to what a nasty injury he had in the 2nd Weidman fight--it's very plausible that the physical and mental impact of that fight would drive someone to use enhancements who hasn't before.
But I tend to believe that if someone pops in an already established career (not making a rookie mistake) they’re showing a willingness to cheat, and that willingness comes from a certain kind of personality that’s probably always been there.
Plus there was that interview at his home from late ‘10 or early ‘11 that showed something questionable in the background.
