Trump isn't just an embarrassment for the GOP, he's an embarrassment to the human species.
Let alone T Roosevelt or Lincoln. The GOP bares no resemblance to the party of Bush41, or Eisenhower.
Quasi-Nazi party are overt about where they stand philosophically. Getting millions to vote for you by disingenuously convincing them things like they're standard of living will go up under you, any problems they have are the fault of poor people, etc is much worse than a minority of random bigots, ranting about racial purity IMO. Not to mention all the other crap. You realize there are quasi-Nazi parties that hold office in the developed world, right?
But no, the Republicans are the worst. Herp derp ignoramus gunna ignoramus.
So no answer, as usual.

Your posts indicate that you allow left leaning mainstream media to think for you.

I don't know, the candidates talking about cock size and insulting each other's wives is pretty much the worst I've ever seen from the GOP.The GOP is the worst political party in the developed world and has been since long before Trump came along. As ridiculous as he is I don't think we've seen the bottom of the barrel yet. There's worse things in the world than twitter slapfights.
I'm not sure Rachel Maddow really is mainstream left. Try finding somebody who likes her.

There's much worse than Trump.
Trumps's personal character may be questionable, but he is far from the evil, demonic, racist, tyrant the left is desperately trying to paint him as. Hillary Clinton, for example, is much more evil than Donald Trump.
This isn't especially difficult for democrats though. For instance, my party (not technically mine, I just side with them lately) has consistently advocated for human rights. The idea of healthcare as a human right, expanding the protections against discrimination, and an immigration policy that acknowledges the contribution of undocumented contributors, to name three. My party is advancing pragmatic solutions to these issues and generally responding to the will of the majority. I won't go on, but I have good positive reasons to be proud of the democrats these days.
When I try to do the same for republicans, the well is pretty dry.
Even with all that, we should all be embarrassed regarding the behavior of the two GOP front-runners.Sure, when the point of your party is to slowly whittle away at the fabric of the nation through various poor policies, it's easy to dress them up as something wonderful. But when the point of my party is to stop many of those poor policies, some context is often needed.
It's like a man showing up and saying his goal is to steal from the cash register and then asking the people trying to stop him to explain themselves without referencing the existence of a cash register thief. There's nothing wrong with having a policy goal of preventing bad policy but it can't be explained without pointing out the bad policies you're trying to prevent.
Scott Walker
Michelle Bachmann
Herman Cain
Mitt Romney
Sarah Palin
Rick Santorum
Mike Huckabee
Sam Brownback
Yeah the republicans aren't embarrassing.
Anyone who disagree is a delusional asshat. These names are all you need to know. The democrats don't even come close to this lost of maniacs.
I dont think it os fair to include Romney on that list, he seemed much less crazy than the others.
