Good job on the core rules of St. Wilhelm's ND S&P. Luck have it, my 4 year old digital camera broke last week..the wife says "it just happened"....uh hunh.

I will think about a lift I can do until I get a new one....though as you know I'm not so strong at anything yet. Can I just pay like an extra 10$ for the shirt or something? *wink wink* I'll be like the Wilhelm's mascot or some shit.

It certainly does get a lot of “what the fuck” looks, though it’s not nearly as hard as it appears. I actually think they’re a bit easier than dumbbell snatches because you can keep the bar tighter to your body. Try ‘em out. I think I may ask for a barbell and some bumber plates for Xmas, so I can play w/ these types of lifts at home, too, and not worry about dropping the bar.

Ahhhhh… this is why I did not put a weight in my request for 20 rep OHS’s from you. I know you hold yourself to higher standards and it was quite clear from the first video that 95x19+1 was, indeed, easy for you. 95x6 is a bitch for me, however.

I definitely like the first two. What kind of T-bar are we talking? Standing or chest on pad? Either way, you’re in, though I’d rather see you translate that T-Bar into BOR’s.

I think a bodyweight C&P is a good accomplishment for anyone and is certainly a nice lift for someone who’s been training for as short a time as you have been. A 350 DL at your bodyweight is certainly a worthy feat, as well.

As for myself, I’m going to do a 135 lb. barbell snatch, as planned, and a six-plate deadlift. I got the snatch w/ my right arm today, so my left should be there soon, and I think the 585 DL is reachable by the end of the year.

Can do. My bending has suffered recently, I'm going back to it in a big way and will certainly post if I manage one of the 8mm carraige bolts I'm going after. Can bursting will definetly be on there.

May also start putting up some fight vids (judo grading coming up sure I can manage a jackhammer if I get a good belt grip and get my hips into it, I've also finally got my first mma fight converted onto dvd so I should be able to pull it off there and put it online)

Save one for me Fatty, it's gonna be a bit till I get 350 dl and clean and press 150 lbs. (A strict press is a LONG term goal, I'ma have to pushpress that 150...) Hmm I wonder which one will come 1st?

Yes, of course. Or you can wait as long as you need to work something out. I failed to mention that Sherdog folk have extra leeway in the earning of their shirts. The posted "rules" were mainly constructed for when The Church launches its site on the world wide web.

I have no feat of strentgh worth something at the moment. So I will become a member when I have one. MAybe some double BW pullups some day? We will see.
