Got my ticket. Wife letting me go while she takes care of the baby. Great woman! She knows how much Godzilla means to me. Sadly can’t see it on imax as there is only one showing but I’ll see the standard version on a sunday

Why does Shin Godzilla look like a retarded weasel? LOL Ive never seen the Japanese version of godzilla and its pretty bad. People spoke so highly of this film. This new film looks like their first serious attempt at a hollywood style godzilla movie.

Heard this is a smash hit in Japan, and every review I'd seen or read so far basically unanimously say this is among the very best Godzilla films ever made, if not the very best.

Lofty statements, but it's encouraging AF and I'm skipping work on 12/1 to go see this, since I wasn't able to see the last two in theaters. Super stoked.
