Heads up for any on the hunt for a mouse: the bestselling gaming mouse of all-time, the Logitech G502 HERO, just dropped to $35 on Amazon for the "SE" version-- only difference is colors. That's $8 (18.6%) off.

It recently got its third revision, the first update in a long time, following the HERO sensor upgrade. The latest iteration, the G502X series, is definitely an improvement, you can see my post covering that here, but perhaps overpriced relative to its predecessor due to being new, unless you're someone who doesn't care about cost, as it's $80 for the base wired edition of the newest version. It's nuts isn't it. Price wise, it's like 6 or so PS5s for a single graphics card. I seriously doubt many are available to be honest. It feels like a hype job strategy to me TBH.

Was looking at this gaming laptop on Newegg’s Canadian page and it’s marked as 40% off, but not interested if it’s not as good as it looks on paper.

This is barely an exaggeration. So I was checking out specs on the various AIBs this morning, since the reviews of the 4090 had highlighted its incredible girth relative to its predecessor 3090 Ti, and my jaw dropped when I saw the listed width on the MSI 4090 Suprim X 24G.

This fucking thing is 78mm wide. That's over 3".

For perspective, that's almost exactly half the height of the following CPU coolers:

Well I love my 3080Ti but if DLSS 3 is not supported I guess I got to get a 4000 series?

DLSS 3 getting very mixed reviews here, with a massive asterisk going next to any frame numbers from DLSS 3...



Essentially the AI generated frame is currently questionable in quality and increases input latency, so it can make the game feel sluggish rather than snappier.
