sweet, a whole 128 GB! that changes everything! 1 game per ssd. you guys wanted discless, now you have to change drives out in between each game.

Can it run crysis is a meme and I get that. However, control and metro still having issues with this hardware is telling...

What exactly were they designing these games on? What we're their performance targets? This news tells me they didn't have any performance targets and said fuck it...

Doom eternal is a clinic on game optimization.
Crysis guys seem to feast on the idea of getting headlines about people have issues running it on the highest settings. 8k textures ray tracing, volumetric lighting, multiple shader levels. It's like their attention was developing a game for hardware not out yet. This is why it's a running joke for headlines. The reality what this exposes Nvidia over hyped the gpu and performance wise is more inline with current generation except in specific gaming benchmarks.

I was sooo stoked to get my rpi4 up and running......now I don't even use the damn thing even tho I have games for it and Kodi loaded up as well.

My son really wants Mario 3D All-Stars for his birthday, his birthday is 2nd november. Its really sad how all the scalpers have ruined it for children. The price is outrageous, scalpers selling it for incredible amounts of money. These websites need to find a way to stop Bots from buying everything in bulk, I noticed one of the sellers on ebay has tons of Mario 3D All-Stars games, its more than quadruple the original price.

I'll have to get it for him in digital only. I like to buy him the physical games because he loves to open presents for his birthday, thats part of the fun of it for him... digital you just can't get the same birthday feeling for a kid. Sucks, scalpers are really ruining tech...

No one really knows why Nintendo have gone with a limited 6 month window for the game being available at the current time, so unfortunately the scalpers have taken advantage

???

Didn't realize there was huge demand for the physical copy of Mario 3D All-Stars. It's available right now on Amazon... You should have plenty of time to get yourself a copy of it for your son's birthday...

Yeah it really sucks.. something seriously needs to be done about these Bots buying everything. I have not tried to buy a PS5 yet, I will wait a while, but I fear having the same issue with that too when I get around to looking to buy one.

Thank you, I just seen that, the cheapest on Amazon earlier was the $81.95 one, but I just seen a few new listings for cheaper which is good. Thanks. I was trying to buy it on ebay earlier but the bidding is going through the roof always, so frustrating.

I just realized today that I've been using an hdmi 1.4 cable with my 2019 Samsung 4K TV and expensive ass PC with a 2080TI for over a year now lol. Just bought an hdmi 2.1 cable and am excited to see what difference it'll make.

2080ti's don't support HDMI 2.1

2080ti's don't support HDMI 2.1
So would it not work at all then, or would I just get the benefits of HDMI 2.0 instead?

Edit: Nevermind. I cancelled the order and got a 2.0 cable. Good catch, dude. Thanks.

There’s versions of HDMI? Fuck me, now I need to go check what I’ve been running.

If you've bought an hdmi cable within the past few years, chances are good that it's at least 2.0, but I was using the same one since 2013. If it's old as hell, it might be an hdmi 1.4 cable. If your tv or pc hardware is really old, you might not need a 2.0 or above.
