Wallets screaming everywhere soon lol. Eventually finding its way to homes.
"NVIDIA has teased the imminent launch of its next-gen data center GPUs codenamed “Hopper” in a blog post. These GPUs were initially expected to feature a chiplet or modular design, packing two identical dies much like AMD’s Instinct MI200. However, according to the latest reports, it’ll be a monolithic design with a size approaching the 1000mm^2 figure. Considering that it’ll retain TSMC’s N5 process node, that makes a lot of sense. The H100 is going to pack 9,216 FP32 + INT32 cores and 4,608 FP64 cores, making it roughly 30% faster than the A100 on paper."
