either Fiziev wins a technical decision or Justin catches him square and puts his lights out.

This is my take too.

Would not be surprised if Fiz is winning and gets dropped. He seems like he is faster than Gaethje but he stays at range during and after his combinations which will leave him there to be hit by Gaethje.

Gaethje finishes exchanges well. He caught Barbosa on the exit and was catching Michael Chandler on the end of exchanges a lot, and those guys were at least trying to move in and out, Fiziev seems to plant his feet when he exchanges and even leave his hands down at times. It is a bad habit he could pay for. In some instances he slips brilliantly but others he doesn't, one zig when he should have zagged could be night night.

On the flip side, Gaethje is going to need his chin to hold up and save him and keep him in this fight. He is going to get hit.


I thought Justin was moving well against Chandler, and using angles well, but Chandler loads up a TON on his strikes making him much easier to read. Fiziev can throw without much windup and can rifle off left kicks insanely fast.

If Gaethje's chin holds up I think he wins by KO. Could be early, could be late. I don't expect Justin to win rounds unless he hurts Fiziev and fails to finish.

Should be fireworks.

he loses a step , abit of his soul , and a lot of his brain every fight he’s in

Fiziev has this i think. he can do anything gaethje can do but better... except the takedowns, which gaethje doesn't even use anymore.

I think it will be a close decision type of fight. Depends who lands better and has more output. Feeling Gaethje by close'ish decision
