having a gold medal is in a different league of having simple potential, Ronda, Cejudo, Lindland, Harrison, all had olympic medals all became UFC champs, and even the folks that didnt like Yoel, were high level fighters.

Brock wasnt bad man. He wasnt polished but had a GREAT deal of talent an ability.

Can you believe if he decided back in 2019 to do mma, he'd of had like 6 years of experience by now. I still remember being excited about 20 year old Gable joining HW division, around when Khamzat came in. People were saying how there's more money in WWE without the CTE that MMA can give. Was so disappointed he decided on that. Still am kind of pissed how much time he wasted to become the next Brock or whatever.

Still right now he has the golden route, the Bo Nickal ride up ahead. Absolute cans and nobodies, until the real deal. Actually, probably can get by on wrestling alone for even the top guys. UFC better lock him down with a good offer. He's still only 25 years old, which is wild, 7 years younger than Aspinall.
