From your own link, on June, 24th 2021. Then the complaint was amended for the third time.

And you still haven't liked the actual filing. You keep linking the Register of Actions page, which just a list of anything filed with the court. I could file a claim in this county for any reason and it would still show up on this page. A filing, even an ACTIVE one, isn't proof of shit.

Now I know you have no idea how our legal system works, but I cannot stress how stupid a motion for summary judgement on this pleading is. Imagine, that you are a lawyer and think that a county court in GA would rule, on nothing more than an initial pleading, that the actions of the GA board of elections are illegal, throw the people on that board in jail, and invalidate a federal presidential election eight months after it has been decided; and would do all of that without any subsequent hearings or findings of fact based on this one motion.

That should tell anyone that these guys aren't serious, and are just filing bullshit so that people like Tucker can talk about an ACTIVE case and have rubes like you believe that it means something genuine is in the works here.

Amended isn't dismissed. As I mentioned they have been adding new evidence and changing the defendents, based on the judges discretion on how to best proceed

And I already commented on their multiple amendments

And this case has already been dismissed twice. Essentially, they keep amending the complaint, adding nothing new, so that they can go out there and cry "We've got an ACTIVE case!"

It's political theater, and really shitty theater at that. Nothing will come of it.

No, but dismissed is dismissed. But since it wasn't done with prejudice, the county court has allowed this shitty plaintiff to amend.

It's still the same shitty arguments, that the water main broke as a distraction to traffic in suitcases of secret biden ballots, or that every action taken by the GA board of elections is somehow illegal and tens of thousands of votes should be thrown out.

All they've done is changed the defendants from the state of Georgia, to the named officials. It still won't go anywhere, and it won't overturn GA's election results, and it certainly won't result in anyone going to jail.

yeah this one isnt going anywhere. theyre beating a dead horse.

i was confused about this thread at first. i thought it was supposed to be about some kind of cyber ninja turtles, fraud power rangers, and the best buy geek squad doing some kind of new super secret audit in georgia or something. i was too busy mocking the election fraud flat-earther's to really notice, and i didnt realise until the cheese guy posted the case number that we're still talking about some case that was already found to be wackadoodle a couple times now, and will surely be kicked to the curb over and over again until the judge basically tells them to get the fuck out of his courtroom and stop wasting his time by dismissing with prejudice.

these guys are a glutton for punishment, so i'm sure theyll keep on with it until the judge has finally had enough of their shit. then of course theyll keep trying to appeal it to try to get it to the supreme court, but if those 65 other frivolous lawsuits are anything to go by, we all know how that will work out for them in the end.

What you have hear are really shitty lawsuits being mentioned by right wing news outlets, that have stripped the actual complaints of all their context so that they can run a segment on "A new filing in GA just might show that....". All to keep the grift going.

Complaint gets dismissed, then amended, then we start a new cycle of Tucker claiming "Shocking news out of GA today where a new claim says that..."

At the end of the day the entirety of this complain is a list of about half a dozen Trump supporters that voted at the State Farm Arena claiming that their due process rights (what?) were violated because they think their votes weren't counted. The evidence for their votes not being counted, WatermainGate. A retarded hypothetical that flooding was a pretext for sneaking in Biden ballots.

It's beyond dumb at this point, and you're right, these lawyers are lucky they haven't been sanctioned yet. I guess this court house just has nothing better to do. Probably pretty exciting you have the country court house be host to a national conspiracy.

for a while there i thought i had some brand new lawsuit to look forward to seeing get kicked to the gutter. i just couldnt see it for some reason, so i ask for a case number. then it turns out its just an older case that was already laughed out of court a couple times and will continue to be until they get dismissed with prejudice and their appeal fails or the supreme court kicks them to the curb.

smfh. i was getting excited there, thinking we had some kind of new lawsuit filed so we could get donnie's post-election litigation record to 1-66. this isnt exactly the kraken i was hoping for.

Look it's unlikely to lead to may arrests but it's a clear fuck up and I'd the votes are flipped each one counts as two. So take the lead and divide by two. That's all they have to find. It's worth getting it right.

Just search 392, and see that the same batch, 392 for Biden, 96 for Trump, and 3 for Jorgensen. This same batch is found 5 times. That alone is over 1000 ballots for that one batch duplicated 5 times.

  • More than two dozen batches of absentee ballots were identified as having been double-scanned on the tally sheets.
  • Five sequential batches of absentee votes each appeared with the exact same vote count of 392 for Biden, 96 for President Donald Trump, and 3 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen, a count that state officials admitted was a statistical impossibility.
This has been available since November.

edit: and now that the ballots were made public, there are finding this happening way more than originally documented.

i have a hard time believing that, but hey if thats what actually happened, rather than "what maybe could have happened" then by all means make their case and prove it.

but hey if theyre really that incompetant in counting votes, maybe instead they should have brought in the cyber ninja turtles, the fraud power rangers, or the best buy geek squad or whatever to count votes and scan ballots. instead the deep state radical left must have brought in 10 or 20 Stevie Wonder's or whatever, and the election officials were like "yeah, lets just roll with it!"
