Yup many promotions are offering non-exclusive contracts so he's free to fight in other combat sports and promotions.

He is not going to fight in glory at all or at least not before a boxing fight he can't risk a loss in MMA either because that would kill the boxing fight he has to take the fight that offers him the most money first. However he could take a boxing fight lose then still make good money in MMA as losing in another sport wouldn't change the fact that he was a UFC champion. KIckboxing just doesn't pay enough.
