Meanwhile Glory is hemorrhaging all of their big names to the UFC because they don't pay their guys enough...I guarantee Francis is going to regret giving into the Randy Couture clown show at some point in the future.
Damn bro, it’s the first time I’ve seen a 13 year old acc getting banned right in front of my eyes.
RIP

Ahh its sherdog. Where that Drunken Meatfist can come on here tweaked out of his mine spewing garbage but god forbid you tell one of these fat 50 year old dorks the truth about Candor Emilianenko.

Take Dana's dong out of your mouth. The athletes make the sport, not some organisation that is just there to take their money. If UFC suddenly pulled out the plug tomorrow and One Championship signed most of the UFC's current roster nothing would change for me. In fact, I would prefer it as I'm from Europe and the fight times in Asia are better suited for us. In 20 years MMA will have something like the Ali act and 50% of the revenue will be paid out to the athletes like in the NBA/NFL in stead of the 15% right now. Ngannou will be seen as the pioneer of the process to those changes.
That's not how NFL payout/contracts work.
MMA is a young sport & the UFC is slowly working towards a goal of paying fighters more wether you believe it or not. Ngannou, you believe is working to get fighters to get more pay, I disagree he got greedy and wants more money, he came from a poor country and grew up poor, was offered millions and still turned it down because of greed. He will not be seen as pioneer for higher pay if he doesn't get that payday that people believe he will get.

It'a weird you bring up the NFL pay, not all NFL players are getting hundreds of millions like what you believe, some of the best players are getting paid just a few million a year.

Not sure what his play is here. My guess Glory gives him flexibility to partake in other avenues but the longer he waits the less his value becomes and I'm not sure how he gets it back via smaller organizations.

Sherdog:)

Assuming he can get close to what he wants money wise, this is the move. The talent level in heavyweight kickboxing is low enough that he'll be able to hang with or at least make fights with top names interesting. That is very much not the case with boxing.

Also interesting to note:

GLORY will organize an 8-man Heavyweight Grand Prix in December 2023.
Having Ngannou on the line-up for this tournament would be pretty sick

Only problem is Ngannou really isn't a kickboxer. Sure he could do it to a reasonable level but....at the top end It's a specialist thing and he really isn't a specialist in kickboxing or muay Thai.

I just think Ngannou has an inflated opinion of his abilities to be honest.
Yes he is a big strong powerful aggressive puncher but that doesn't really mean he can transition to high level kickboxing without some work.

Also I don't think they'll offer him anything even remotely CLOSE to what he is demanding on $$$$.

I think Francis is probably gonna price himself out of most markets.

Just my view.

Yeah we’ll see what happens.
Doubt they pay him what he wants tbh, but having Ngannou in the tournament would be insane

GLORY wants to feed a top MMA guy to Rico Verhoven tho. Reem managed to dodge that bullet.

From Tyson Fury to Glory, where did it all go wrong?

Guys, he needed to wrestle Gane when he couldn't find the hayemaker and was getting outclassed on the feet. What is he going to do against Rico in his world? Come on...

Gentle reminder that Ngannou could be fighting tomorrow and earning 8 millions...
Conor couldn't out box Nate and he fought Mayweather

Shit..

Please, by all means. Search my entire portfolio.

Every bit of what I said so far has actually happened. Nobody is going to dispute this shit.

Quite literally the WORST handling of a pro mma career that I know of.

$15 M.
