I always feel weaker when lighter. Even if the muscle is the same —- I need that extra sodium, electrolytes, glycogen and water

Lots of sandbags - still can shoulder the 275# , suplex the 235#
Bit of KBs still C&P the 36kgs for reps & sets
High amounts of plyo, calisthenics and gym rings & bars
Still do 3x DLs at 4-5 plates depending on warm up . Bar C&P 225# has always been max due to crap form.
Never bench and might bar squat once every 5-6 weeks, just to sink into hip depth. But its only 2-3 plates for control reps now.
So nothing impressive just same weights used in quick pace circuits.
205 looked like you workout with a shirt on. 183 clean diet looks like you workout with shirt off. Took months to bring it down so it was a slow progression instead of a crash course of depletion.

im 21% now, very muscular.. I’m actually at my leanest since the pandemic

Kettle bells, Clean & Press, Gymastic rings and parallel or high bar , sandbags over bodyweight, lots of platform jumping . Not a powerlifter by any means and never claimed strength. The explosive speed fit stature better.
Probably have read your answers previously and forgot but whats age and how dialed in is your diet + routine before blasting is the final choice . Its too easy to want to jump on magic sauce before we push our potential
