Just Incase you were wondering,

Floyd will under no circumstances go into the octagon and fight in an MMA bout, for a $100M guarantee.

I was just reading some ESPenn comments(granted I realize the source), and people are commenting on him fighting MMA for $100M, because it’s an “easy $100M Loss” for him and all he cares about is money, yada, yada , yada.

Do people not realize he will probably get at least $250M, if not closer to $300M, after all is sorted and settled? With that said, why would he fight MMA for anything less than $350M guaranteed and the chance to make $450-$600M?

If he wanted another $300M, he would just give Conor the rematch in boxing, where he can play it safe, dictate the fight and make more money off of a runner placing bets for him on what round he will TKO/KO Conor. He has total control.

Conor would do it again in a heart beat and Dana will do it to help eek closer to paying off some of that WME–IMG debt service.

People! Don’t forget Dana isn’t going anywhere until he can turn the UFC back into a profitable business. He’s a stakeholder and it’s worthless if it in the red. All he gets then is his modest $20M salary, with no dividends.
Once he has them back in Black, then we might see him in a reduced role as he parlays into boxing promotions. That way if boxing promo fails he can revert back to UFC in a full time capacity if he wants and depending on its then current state, he can stay in said role and search for new talent or elevate to take on more responsibility and keeep it cash flowing. (Everyone, always needs a talent scout)

Despite all of my babble. If we see Floyd in the Octogon, I predict it will infact be for no less than $350M guaranteed and obviously with points.

Also the best part is, is Mayweather has seen Conor’s game now. So I f they were to rematch in boxing, Floyd might just call it out and end it quick, if he plans on this being his for serious; final payday/fight. At that point who gives a shit about what the fans think? It’s already done and he’s out for good this time...There’s won’t be a trilogy anyway and he’ll be ready to sail off into the sunset...

(Btw, Sunset is the fictitious name of one of his strippers at his strip club. He wants to sail off with her, in her motorboat). (Get it)? Sail? Motorboat? I’m a wordsmith by nature.

This is the only way that makes sense. This is not %1 bullshit. This is science.

Silly mortals!

A loss in MMA doesnt affect his boxing record. If Id be him Id take the money.

MMA, Mayweather vs Punk... who takes it?

Cliffs for those interested: won't happen.

I don’t think he’ll ever enter the octagon. No matter how much money is offered.

Doesn’t need the money. And, he’s guaranteed to lose. The only fight he could win would be a fixed fight.

Punk literally showed the worst performance you could, if you were trying to evaluate him. At no point did he look coherent in that brief fight. From his Prince Valient gallop across the mat, to his rock em sock em punch and absolute dismal ground game; he looked like what I picture the worst uncoordinated fighter ever would look like, if they trained just long enough to think they knew how to throw a proper punch, but then reverted back to their sub par instinctive state of mind right at the last min, as they were also simotaneously shitting their pants, as they felt a state of surreal consciousness, which left them looking at their natural self from beyond and wondering what the fuq were they were thinking, right as they were about to get destroyed. (That’s a fuqload Of commas)

Basically, respect to him for being dumb enough to think he was on any type of level to compete at that level. But he’s rich so what can I say? Rich people think they can do anything. They can be quite delusional. Others would say, that’s what got them to where they are today. I believe that is indeed #1 bullshit.

Am I the only one who thinks Mayweather with some TDD is a bad matchup for Conor in mma?

Yes, but, do you not agree he can make that in a boxing rematch? And do you not think Conor and Dana would be up for a boxing rematch?

It’s not just about the record. He doesn’t wanna get embarrassed if he doesn’t have to. And his confidence would be supremely higher in a boxing rematch, where he’s already seen the best his opponent has to offer. Plus I think there is something to be said about $100M from his current frame of mind. Although, it’s a absolute ton of money. He might actually thinks it’s not worth it for MMA. I’m just saying...

Mayweather any day..

I honestly think Punk would submit Mayweather EASY.

Am I the only one who thinks Mayweather with some TDD is a bad matchup for Conor in mma?

Not at all. I believe there is something to that as well. It I think it’s heavily predicated on Mayweather taking that first and second punch and or kick in the fight. After he feels it, he will know immediately if he is gonna make it competitive. When you know you can take the contact, it can help you open up mentally. If he goes in and stays stiff, he dudnies.
