this is my understanding . The entire house gets to read the dems version first then vote to release as they did the repubs version. The house has already got to read the reubs version. I dont think they can ram the process through in a couple of hours. It seems like they moved as quick as possible with nunes memo, and it still took a solid week before they even voted. (I could be wrong about all that too)
