He was planning to leave March/April, his wife was ruining for office and receive donations from a pro Clinton/ Virginia governor super PAC. Basically a Democrat super PAC gave a Democrat who was running for office donations for her campaign.

Even though, this is the same FBI who re open investigations on Clinton a week before the elections (which Clinton blames on her loss). Doesnt seem like something a partisan director would do if you ask me.
