Could not disagree more. JDS has never shown a strong gas tank. He was already starting to fade a little before that big punch landed. I said before the fight that if Cain made it past the 7 minute mark, he would win easily. I'm looking forward to seeing JDS back in the cage, but hopefully with an improved gas tank (and maybe a few kicks to go along with his boxing).
 
Need to see some more of him before crowning him the best.

It's going to be a sad day for Cain fans when Bones puts on 20-30 lbs and starts wreaking havoc in the HW division. He has great wrestling and much better striking than Cain. We've already seen what he looks like at 225lbs. At 235-240 he will look even better.
 
I think Werdum can give him problems. Plus I don't think Cain's tendancy of catching a good punch or two and getting dropped has suddenly disappeared. The belt is still going to be in rotation.
 
A good shot in the temple can knock anybody dizzy. If they fought 10 times I can see JDS winning a couple but that type of early punch isn't likely to happen anything close to 50% of the time.

also Cain is not the baddest man on the planet... the last time we had a HW that was P4P the best was FEdor.... Cain is yet to face many demons in this division.

Anderson/Jones are the baddest men in the planet.

Cain is one of the most well-rounded fighters at HW.

Overeem and Cormier are also in the HW division and are very solid fighters as is Werdum.

Cain has his job cut out for him in keeping the belt at HW though because on his heels is JDS who will be training like an animal and Overeem.

I dont think JDS will ever be the same after that beating he took and I have my doubts about him beating Cain but we will see.

I always felt that his loss to JDS the first time was a fluke. Especially because it only took one minute and he got caught. That being said, I think Cain has the "it" factor like JBJ, GSP and AS and will stay on top for a very very long time. He's clearly the most well rounded of the HW's with no known weakness. And don't give me the BS of him having a suspect chin. He got hit behind the ear by JDS the first time not the chin. He also has the best cardio in the HW division and in the top 5 of all UFC fighters. He's also very focused. Doesn't seem like a glory hog or someone seeking the spotlight. I have no question in my mind that if JDS and Cain rematch it will look exactly like their second fight. The only true threat to Cain is Overeem and that's only because of the unknown. We don't know how Overeem is going to look in his next fight but I will say that Cain will beat Overeem by pressuring him and tiring him out. He'll either TKO him to UD. Like him or not, Cain is here to stay on top for a while.

And by the way, I'm a huge JDS fan but I put money on Cain in that fight.

Yeah...well too bad that the first time wasnt a fluke and Cain got KO'd within a round.

I have lots of questions how a third fight will go. But my honest opinion is that JDS makes a few adjustments and KO's Cain again. I think there's a better chance of that happening the Cain winning another decision. Cain decisioned a gassed and tired JDS, whats gonna happen when he's better prepared for Cains game.

Enoguh with the BS....JDS looked terrible, but Cain didnt looked great or even good for that matter.
