If he had given over all the stuff he’ll the had asked for and felt the remaining documents they didn’t ask for were declassified, as per his right
 
I noticed no mention of heavily armed FBI agents being present. Nor was CNN given a heads up on the John Bolton home investigation so they could film what was happening. That is the kind of things happening during Biden's time in office. Overall I hope Bolton is treated fairly with the investigation. Can't say the same happened while Biden was in office with these kinds of things.

This has probably been explained like 30 times in this thread alone, and 30,000 times in total in the War Room. Over and over in the megathread about Marolardo getting raided.

Their smooth brain's inability to absorb this very, very simple point is fascinating.

Orange literally dicked them around for 1.25 years. They treated him with kid's gloves. Trump is his own worst enemy, not the DEEP STATE.

Finally, after a subpoena, Trump's legal team swore in documents that everything was returned.

Spoiler alert: they weren't.

How would I know? And he couldn’t prove it at the time because they seized them. And now he doesn’t have to.

Why didn’t they charge him with retaining classified documents?

I will take that as a, no they did not charge him with retaining classified documents. Thank you very much.

If there were bamboo fibers, mayhaps from the cover sheets the FBI put on the documents, to make them seem as if they were still labeled as classified and such. The cover sheets they only disclosed years after because they were forced to through legal filings. That does sound like something the CCP, who Bidens have financial ties with, would do, so who knows.
