So not only did they break the law by releasing only part of the files, but most of the partial files they released were redacted with no explanation as to why, again breaking the law, and on top of that they had a thousand fbi agents assigned to flagging trumps names in the file. Not really a compromising situation though but they removed it nonetheless. So i can only imagine how many more Trump references and pictures they redacted if they removed that picture

I think that's pretty obvious. Bongino knows this is going to result in impeachments and prison sentences, and didn't want to be on the receiving end of it (which he still may be, since I'm certain he's been made aware of all that's involved in the cover-up).

I'd say there's a chance he could also just not go along with it, morally, but I very highly doubt he has any kind of morals that don't revolve around protecting his own ass.
