During hist last term, the GAO ruled that he violated the Impoundment Control Act by withholding money that congress had approved.
So he's not going to work with the GAO this term because they might hold him accountable for his actions.

I said it earlier, there is very little fraud waste and abuse in the medicare system. There are significant checks and balances in place to help minimize fraud. I think the laws say any whistle blower who exposes a medicare fraud is entitled to triple the amount of the fraud as an award. Everyone who works in healthcare is required to read these sort of laws every few years as part of CE.

Medicare overhead is something under 4% I believe while some private insurance companies carry a 14% overhead. Medicare is actually very efficient.

There are only like 140 people in federal prison at all for anything to do with weed, almost all of them are from a single district in Arizona, and they are drug mules who aren't just trafficking weed.
