Social E. Jean Carroll Accuses Trump of Sexual Assault, Rape in Dressing Room 23-24 Years Ago

I'm normally inclined to believe a woman when she tell me she has been sexually assaulted/harassed/accosted etc.

almost every woman I've dated and friends who are girls have conveyed to me their traumatic experiences.

However, this woman....this interview....

does anyone find her remotely credible besides the usual TDS dipshits?

@nac386 , the white buffalo...what do you make of this?

When women are the ones forcing themselves onto you, they are non-verbally consenting through body language. Trump's comments were in the context of groupies, not some random strangers in public. You clearly lack the instincts and life experience to be able to tell the difference. You wouldn't know what a woman wants if it smacked you right in the face.

I'd recommend not contaminating the gene pool with such incompetence, but it appears nature has already taken it's course with you.

Trump is the one forcing himself onto women though. Try to stay on topic.

Seems a bit late to report...

It’s right on time Sherbro.

She’s gonna make millions more in new book sales for just telling lies.

Man, which liberal bitch out there wouldn’t want to A. Try to hurt trump and B. Make millions off the effort. It’s a win win for this lying cunt-face

Honestly, I pretty much ignored this story until now. I hate to say that because there is always that remote chance that she is being honest, and like you I know quite a few women who were either molested or sexually assaulted at some point in their lives. I haven’t even taken one minute to really read what the accusation is and if it seems credible.

But when you make an accusation that took place a very long time ago about a famous person and you are promoting a book, I think it’s very hard to know what the appropriate response is. It obviously brings credibility issues, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it did not happen either.

I think we really need to focus on empowering young women to come forward immediately with accusations of assault. When accusations are made many years later nobody wins because it’s too late to prove, and everybody loses because innocent people can’t prove their innocence.

I did happen to catch trumps response (“she’s not my type”), which I thought was tasteless and inappropriate. You didn’t rape someone because she’s not your type? What a fool.

He didn't rape her because he did not rape her. His comment of "she's not my type" is obviously meant to show how fucking absurd the accusations are. Also the woman even says she wasn't raped...says it very clearly that she wasn't thrown on the ground and ravaged.

LOL

Wasn’t @HockeyBjj just saying the other day someone would make an accusation right before a book comes out and @BarryDillon told him that was a disgusting viewpoint

Right on the money, hockey. Like clockwork.

I think she went off the deep end there, trying to make some neo-feminist point that men find rape "sexy", so she didn't want to say she was "raped" because in her warped mind that would lessen her credibility, or something, because men don't think of rape as being a violent act, or something...

Bitch is cracked. You can tell she's a few beers short of a six-pack just by looking at her. It's shameful at how such little vetting goes on with some of these crazies they give a platform to.

Saying she isn't his type merely implies that if she was his type he might force himself on her.

It's a very stupid thing to say.

Was going to post this last week, figured the sherdog liberals would be furiously masturbating over this obviously fake news.

I hate Trump, but this story feels too bizarre to be true.

In a department store changing room with a girl he just met?
That's like sociopath level. He's an idiot, but this is another level
And he raped her standing straight up and facing her, in a small changing room. Because that is so very easy to do.

I like how Trump's defense is "She's not my type" again, mistakenly implying that if a woman was his type he might actually force himself on her.

So weird.
"implying" is not the right word there. Trump has out and out stated, when he did not realize he was be4ing recorded, that he does and did sexually assault women back in that time frame. That if he was into a woman he would just walk up and grab em physically and impose himself on them.

He admitted that they would have to fight him off or submit.

Only someone like ts would believe this lady. This trick has only been tried 6 million times

Here's a better list since you seem interested.

All of which are pre-#MeToo era.

I'm not saying Republicans haven't had a portion of the sexual impropriety, just pointing out that since the birth of the #MeToo era with Harvey Weinstein, the PR for weak and powerless women to find the courage to accuse powerful and influential men of harassment and rape.

I went through this NYT article of 71 men in politics and the entertainment figureheads who have been accused and resigned in disgrace, and a grand total of 5 of them were Republicans, and none of them were well-known.

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/11/10/us/men-accused-sexual-misconduct-weinstein.html

So congratulations, only 66 of the 71 were Democrats.

But the accusation is just fine. Fuck that bitch. lol that you guys still pretend to believe this nonsense.
And this is why fake accusers need to be hammered, because going from "listen and believe" to "they're all liars" is equally fucked.

No. What he said was that when you're famous, women will let you have their way with them.

It wasn't exactly a bombshell statement.

Right on the money, hockey. Like clockwork.

No. I didn't predict this. Barry's post in the lounge was referring to this here accusation before this WR thread was made.

I merely responded that it wasn't getting very much media attention and shouldn't be taken much seriously because not only is it's a 20+ year claim with 0 evidence, she's making it right before a book release so clear motive lines of direct profit are in play here.

You're supposed to view an accusation with skepticism.
