5 solid signings there, I reckon! After a poor episode 1, this is more like it!

Interesting that Johnson reckons he can make 185lbs, crazy stuff. Yakhyaev is gonna be a real problem IMO and the other 3 guys are gonna be fun additions to their divisions.

Entertaining, but a bit too many squash matches
Yakhyaev and Sousa could face mid-tier opponents right now (guys like Cutelaba or Crute at LHW, Elves Brenner or Nicolas Motta at LW)
The HW should be fighting at MW. He will get crushed by big guys at HW. A low-level guy like Sedriques Dumas or McConico could be a good first step at MW
Gandra and Barbosa have (I think) fought guys who have nothing to do with the DWCS. They should start with fighters close to the door, like Brundage or Gore at MW, Buzukja at FW or someone even better like Marshall
I would like to have Cristian Perez come back later this year in the UFC or next year in DWCS in front of an easier opponent (he was the best guy who was brought to lose)
Cormier and the ESPN guy are awful at commentary, you need a Sanko or Felder who are interested in who the fighters are, and Olivi's replacement is eye candy, but nothing else

I would do:

Donte Johnson (drop to 185lbs) vs. Eric McConico
Manoel Sousa vs. Gauge Young
Abdul-Rakhman Yakhyaev vs. Tuco Tokkos
Marcio Barbosa vs. Melsik Bagdasaryan
Ryan Gandra vs. Cody Brundage

People criticize this show for the can crushing, and I get it, but sometimes you want that, especially for the casual fan. Not everything is gonna be Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels. Sometimes I want to see Goldberg vs. Brad Armstrong, right @BroRogan and @GoldenAzazel ?
I wanna see Bret Hart v El Dandy

Assuming everyone else was perfect?

I didn't get to see the HW match, but I assume they sign him for being a HW.
5?
Dude is not even a HW, he weighed in at 209 without cutting weight. Meaning he almost certainly could make MW.

But he knocked out a HW in like a minute.

I'm late, but I thought it was really cool after the Sousa vs Perez fight, that Beltran looked like he was giving a heartfelt talk to Perez, and that he really cared.
