Honestly nobody should be given a contract tonight. The guy that got the teep kick ko was cool. But he didn't really have time to prove himself. Seemed more like dude he was fighting had a suspect stomach. Before that he looked pretty bar room brawl esq material.

I know it looked good on this card. But this is where the contender series bothers me. Getting a ko proves you can get a ko. But it doesn't quiet prove your ready to be in the ufc.
Instead it just gives more disposable goons making 12k to show 12k to win. And doesn't allow for true development of a fighter.

Nearly all of those fighters already showed talent in regional scenes, DWCS is here to see which of those fighters can prove themselves when you actually have to prove yourself.

That's why the finish means a lot. It means that when you gotta deliver and take a risk, you will do it.
