Media Dricus and Khamzat meet for the first time face to face

Maybe, but I think it'll be very close and ultimately negligible.

They both used to fight at 170, and they're both pretty solid 185 pounders now.
Agreed. Khamzat's frame is a bit bigger, Dricus is more jacked.

I think Khamzat's combination of speed/agility/power is pretty rare for MW, and will present issues.

In pure strength, they're probably pretty close.

Absolutely. Just curious, would you say this is the most compelling 185 title fight since Anderson Chael 2?

Izzy Poatan you could argue was bigger, but I think this fight is even more captivating bc I really don't know what the fuck is gonna happen
The clash of styles adds something for me too. I think it might play out in DDP's favor after round 1 but I really don't have a clue. I love it.

I think people are overestimating DDP's size advantage...also he gets taken down quite easily. I'm still 60-40 with DDP probably winning but this one goes either way and anyone claiming their confident their guy wins is full of it. This feels like if they fought 10 times itll go different each time.

Forced perspective.

It's the same visual trick they used in LOTR to make Magneto dwarf frodo

LOL..that is the part most of the people here don't have the common sense to understand.

It was something I learned when I was in grade 3 where they have someone walk to one corner of the room and he appears huge and then walks to the other side of the room and look small because the depth of the room is not the same on each side. The 'Elf' movie is another example where they made Well Ferrell look much bigger than the Elves using that technique.

I think it's a bit of a meme with most posters, like it's more fun to exaggerate a size difference for comedic effect
Remember that whole "Lighting, angles..." thing that was popular here for awhile, TST, tree toimes my size etc.

Day 1254325423421 of sherdoggers not understanding perspective.

It will never be understood.

People don't understand size too even when the perspective isn't favourable in one direction. Usually they think taller = bigger.
