Jones has VERY little chance against Cain. Realistically Cain should be around -500 for the fight, which he wouldn't, so there's plenty of money to be made. Jones has no path to victory. He doesn't have the one shot power to put Cain away, he's not gonna outcardio Cain like he did DC, and he's certainly not gonna outwrestle Cain. Cain would dominate and finish Jones.
