Do you think Bendo would beat Aldo?

Interesting match up. Can't think of anybody similar to Henderson that Aldo has faced, or at least anywhere near his level.
I think Henderson would be aggressive and get in on Aldo, and control him for a decision win. If Aldo can find a way to keep it standing at a distance, maybe he can pull it off.
I would go with Henderson but not very confidently.

I personally see this fight identical stylistically to GSP/Silva. If Bendo puts Aldo on his back, he will hold him there and beat him up for 5 rounds. If it stays standing, Aldo picks Bendo apart. GSP puts Andy down, GSP holds him down for a UD. They stand, GSP's lights go out.

Yea but he would have CLEARLY gotten a take down if it wasn't for the fence grab + Henderson imo is a bigger and better wrestler then Mendes. He would have no problem taking Aldo down.

I'm surprised people are looking past the Aldo-Edgar fight. Edgar has a solid chance

here in my opinion. If Edgar make's it to the championship rounds he can easily out

work Aldo and win a decision. As for the Aldo-Bendo fight it's pretty much the same

thing i just said for the other fight. I would hope Bendo loses, for some reason he's

the only champion i dislike. It still hasn't set in for me yet that he's the champion, he

didn't win that belt to convincingly to me. Edgar was a true champion, he went to

war with guy's that were bigger than him and came out on top, I have alot of

respect for him.

Yeah but the one time he was going to slam him to the ground he got fence blocked.

This is all speculation but it possibly could have gone to the next round.

Bendo was definitely having trouble with showtimes striking who i think is a world class striker just like aldo.
Also, Aldo does have amazing tdd, but everyone using the mendes fight as an example must have forgot about the cage grabbing that played a big party in that fight.

Aldo was spent by the 5th due to a bad weight cut (allegedly). Since then his TDD has looked amazing. Especially against Mendes, his TDD in that fight was some of the best I've ever seen.
