Gane was taken down 3 times by Volkov, and 4 times by Ngannou. Aspinall will be fine, and he basically has as many submissions as takedown attempts lolI've been driving the Aspinall war wagon since before it was cool, but there's nothing to suggest that he is a good wrestler.
If Aspinall fully secures top position, there's a chance he finishes Gane in short order. But the takedown might be more difficult than people think.
Obviously the answer to that, as well as so many other questions in life is; hit the tables. If Gane wins and Jones is back, what is Dana supposed to do then?
Cool should we go through your post history and gather up all the shit you got wrong too? Especially with the whole saga of Jones ducking Tom which you just spouted out wrong takes constantly?Predictions like what? That Khamzat vs DDP was not a competitive fight? That Ank would not only win but nearly KO Poatan? That Bo Nickal's wrestling wouldn't translate to MMA and he'd lose to RDR. These are on recent record, sounds like decent predictions.
So I take it that your smart prediction is that Gane will just give up the sub as fast as he did against Jones?
Nah you were spot on with those predictions, but Gane "gave up" the sub because he either went into panic mode or his wrestling/grappling at the time was that bad and i don't think he has the skill set come fight night to take Aspinall down.Predictions like what? I don't know that Aspinall is a particularly great wrestler, though he was able to take down Volkov with relative ease, who was able to take down Gane so we will see. It's an interesting standup fight, I suppose. But won't aspinall just take him down and submit him? Any reason to think that he couldn't/wouldn't? Why risk anything?

I'll be shocked if Gane survives rd 1.
Gane has the most over rated striking I can think of.
No one shot power, at HW none the less where everyone has 1 shot KO power.
Zero killer instinct.
His entire HL reel is based on fat guys who lose half their fights, and actually they aren't even winning that much in the last few years, when Gane fights halfway decent strikers he at best squeaks by on points, sometimes with help from bad judging.
What the fuck are you guys trying to convince yourself you see with him?
This is like modern day "Emporers New Clothes" with the hype on this guy.
Tom knocking Gane the fuck out in <2min is way more likely that Gane outstiking Tom for a win.
Gane is The Great Black Hope. With no current black champions, it's rather obvious what the agenda is.Gane has the most over rated striking I can think of.

How many heavyweights with zero power have knocked Tuivasa's head, one of the best chins in the division, into a fucking stupor?
I guarantee you Aspinall's chin isn't as good as Tuivasa's. Tom fans act like he has the GOAT chin because he survived one fucking punch from Pavlovich that barely qualified as a significant strike, meanwhile Pavlovich landed a shot ten times harder to Waldo recently who ate it like candy. Pav is a volume puncher that overwhelms opponents, not really a one punch guy like Ngannou.
When Gane lays one on Tommy Boy he's going to feel it. He's not used to being the nail in fights, and the one time we saw him face adversity against Austin he got crushed. Meanwhile Gane got dropped by a fluke punch from Tuivasa but proceeded to deal with it like a real champion by getting up and annihilating Tai. Instead of getting dropped making him hesitant, he actually fought MORE aggressively like a damn warrior.
You never miss with the horrible takes.
Yeah. Stopping a completely gassed punching bag Tuivasa is the same as KOing Tom Aspinall.
I don't ignore you because it is legitimately interesting to see what absolutely retarded thing you will say next.
Good luck topping this one.
You are setting the bar high bud.
