When you deport folks, there is leeway for a streamlined process... but that is NOT what Shitler is doing. Shitler is kidnapping people and throwing them in a foreign jail. THAT is imprisonment without trial or legal process..and that (like nearly all of Trump's big ideas) is unconstitutional.

Where were all you 'due process' advocates when Biden threw open the borders to illegal aliens without them having to go through the legal immigration process to become legal residents or US citizens?

Since they came into the US without due process, they should be thrown out without due process. By crossing the border illegally, they have shown they have no respect for any of our laws.

Why are you asking me about Joe Biden? What does that have to do with what trump is doing? The laws are very clear, everyone is entitled to due process. Do you believe that the standing president should be allowed to pick and choose what laws to follow and which ones to ignore?
 
The constitutional right to a fair trial applies to anyone on US soil, not just citizens.

I know it's frustrating to see people who break the law to get in, enjoy the benefits of it. But you have to enforce your own land's principles. Deportation should not be a careless maneuver.

Because it was the policies of Biden that got us into this mess in the first place. He allowed over 11 million illegal aliens to freely enter during the four years of his administration.

The law is also very clear that no one is to enter the country without going through the immigration process.

Since you're cool with Biden ignoring US laws to let millions of illegal aliens into the country without due process, I'm cool with Trump throwing them out without due process.
