I dont know about USA, but i think it's cheap over there. Also, you could do a small tattoo, like my first one. My first one took 10 min.

Ten mins is actually reasonable. I don't know maybe one day.

I have two bigger tattoos also, took 40 min. But going for a fourth tattoo. 10 min is nothing, and it's not that painful. You get a little high, all endorfines you know.
