Of course not, what a ludicrous question.

They may have mental health issues or another condition that leads them to making decisions others deem ‘evil’, but to believe they are born with hatred and malice in their being is absurd. Only religious retards would answer yes to this.

As you prove, don’t need religion to be retarded just like you don’t need religion to be moral

That guy that invented pineapple on pizza was evil...

Goes well with pepperoni, bacon , ham or any combo there

Indians like em with black olives or jalapeños sometimes chicken but I don't know if that's good or not as I don't like olives or jalapeños....

Go great on BBQ chicken pizzas too.

It's 100% true that some people are evil despite great upbringing, however we don't know if it's something decided from birth or due to an interactions between genes/experiences/relationships.

We found the retard here.

I wouldn't equate "evil" stuff with mental health issues, most people that commit evil shit are healthy, and to a certain degree antisocial behaviour is even seen as positive and rewarded (see: every CEO ever), which can absolutely explain how some people enter that tunnel.
There's people showing signs of enjoying making other suffer even from a very young age.
I'd still not say with certainty they are "born" with it but seems quite sure some genetic components are at play. Or better: some genetic components can develop in such way given the right circumstances.

I dont think youre grasping what Im saying. With an avatar like that Im not surprised.

You believe babies are born with a disposition to evil without understanding a moment of their environment? Religious retard confirmed lol

Firstly, I'm an atheist, secondly, I believe babies can be born evil, through genetics. 2 year old James Bulger was murdered on a train track, beat to death by two 10 year old kids that had a loving upbringing. 51 people so far here think you're retarded.

Im atheist. I believe in evil. Derp.

Suppose all those other intelligent mammals that engage in “vile” behaviour are also “born evil”.

Some ideas are too complex for most people to discuss rationally. This appears to be one of them.

Two things to challenge this view (again I don't know - and no one does - if people are born with a disposition to hurt or not, I'm not saying it's 100% wrong).

1- you're treating evil as if it was a metaphysical concept. It isn't though. It's our interpretation of some acts and their consequences. And of course it can change with time and place. Murdering children was a-ok for most vikings for example. Were they evil? To us maybe.

2- 10 years old is still a lot of time to develop and plenty for other factors to interact with genes and result in these behaviours.

Your story about the two boys being raised in normal, loving homes is an outright lie.

There have been studies about this though, most famously the ones by Ainsworth and Main about attachment styles and their long term consequences.
I don't remember the exact percentages, but around 20%ish of kids even when displaying secure attachment (which is a sign of a "good enough" upbringing) went on to show severe mental illness and a minority of them violent and antisocial behaviour.
The correlation between a happy upbringing and being healthy or socially adept is there but it's a lot less linear than we'd think.
