If something they should perform better considering there is no crowd's noises.

It’s the same as always. However, parity is much more abundant in the matchups. There is a lot more nuance in general as well. I won’t excuse poor judging, but fights are much closer now, overall.

I agree with this, close mma fights are always going to be difficult to judge and I think that while the upper levels of skill haven’t moved all that much(just my opinion) we’ve seen a shift where the middle and lower ranked fighters are substantially better on the whole, creating much more competitive matchups.

I think you have a point here.
Maybe with less noise from the crowd fighters stick more to the plan and fights get more tactical and less emotional. Margins get thin. Could be why some cards have more room for fuck ups.
