yep. there were a couple other funny moments but yea I expected more. I really hope it picks the fck up...the episodes seem to be all over the place...
 
yep...that's what i mean...the quality fluctuates a lot...of the overall episodes....first 2 seasons were awesome then bam...it started fluctuating with every episodes. Some are roflmao the whole way while others are like 'eh'...witht he fkn chicken esp...

-400mg caffeine+60mg pseudo-e+500mg magnesium+b-complex+500mg aspirin enteric coated
-went and hit the punching bag for 10 min prior to warm up....and then came back and hit it a few more times throughout workout as well as practiced kicking(my interpretation of MT kicking)...it's a separate room with no1 there during the day so I unloaded some stress....only problem was that I got into it and instead of lightly punching bag started to unload and cut up my knuckles....was also pretty happy with my kicking...for a guy with shitty flexibility I was able to kick the bag pretty well at groin and shoulder height areas....will invest in some gloves and then make this a regular thing...hopefully the smaller gloves will protect my hands ...

Bench: (big bar 50lb not 45)
135(140)-10 reps
225(230)-5 reps
275(280)-5 reps
315(320)-5 reps
335(340)-5 reps
345(350)-4+1 reps...would have probably had the 5th rep but the spotter pot his hands on the bar so...
365(370)-2+0 reps...left pec strain x1 in the same fukn place as before...I fought through the pain on 2nd rep and locked it out....it's more moderate than before but will probably mean time off from benching...probably had 3 reps in me if not for the tear...
225-5 reps...wanted to do a high rep set but no go as the pain became more pronounced...

-tried to do flat flyes with 30s but the 20 reps were painful...

BORs:
bar(45)-5 reps
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
+straps:
275-5 reps
295-5 reps...fairly dynamic
315-5 reps...more dynamic
335-5 reps...quite sloppy/dynamic...first couple reps form wasnt too good as I didnt grip bar evenly...

-token gripper workout...

-ordered blob50 on gripboard ...the guy may have some more left...120$ with shipping...

-feels like i am coming down with something...pseudo came in handy in the stack as it helped with runny nose...

My BORs are far from beastly imo...I should be doing BOR>Bench ....part of the reason why I have hard time controlling the weight on bench on the descent of the heavy reps...

x1 of smelly medication on the pec....it's funny how every1 bitches about the smell until they are hurting and then it's gods send.....camphor, menthol, and methyl salicylate FTW!
 
yeah your BOR's are meh. good luck with teh pec. have you been doing prehab stuff?
 
yep i mostly do external rot, cubans, some circles, etc...

yea the pec is teh ghey...should have skipped last set and did high rep 275 like a planned...eh...
 
you noob. you should lower the weight greatly and work on a few singles for form and bench fun. I dont know about you but when i do 3 reps or more is when i aggravate any type of injury. singles are ok though. FOR ME.

i think i might try floor presses. i did a few tester sets with light weight and me likey.
 
my form was fine i think...it was more of my pec not being fully healed and taking a beating....higher reps allowed me to keep intensity fairly high yet use lighter weights....sigh....

-Been doing a bit of card tearing.


Grippers:
HG400: 2.3-2.6...pain in the ass with thick handles
R: 13+2 reps from 1", 18 reps from 1/2", 22 reps/clicks from 1/4"
L: 3 reps from 1", 3 reps from 1/2", 4 reps/clicks from 1/4"

HG300: very close to my 2006 #3...might actually be harder at the close...
R: 3+1 reps...1/8" from 4th rep from parallel, 3+0+time hold from parallel
L: 1/8" from about ccs, 1/8" from about ccs....cant seem to get a deep set with left hand...it's always from a wider set...

So, good work on remembering the numbers in order to write them down..

As soon as Smashius comments, I will have a better idea on what to compliment.
 
if you get any questions feel free to ask bro. I use pretty common shorthand for many of the gripper terms...

been feeling pretty weak with grippers last couple weeks after a couple good weeks....I got most of my regular workout grippers in my gym bag and didnt feel like going to my car to get them...so I gave a try to the Heavy Grips grippers in my room that I dont use as often...
 
Pec the only thing nagging?

Or are you a walking mummy like most of us?
