There was this kid at my gym who said his bodyfat was 0% in his arms.
Janis met a guy recently at the gym who told her he was at "5% bodyfat." He was, I don't know, maybe 18%? The whole exchange was comical.
My understanding is that, generally, callipers are most useful for measuring trends. As in, you can't expect to accurately measure the percent body fat (And even if someone was skilled enough with the callipers, how would you know he was?), but as long as the person using them is consistent, you can measure fat gain or loss.

Notes: Pretty sure this is a beltless PR. It was hard as hell today. Energy was extremely low. Having trouble breathing again and feeling light headed. I *might* make an appt to see the doctor this week. Joints are achy, I'm feeling extremely tired, not getting great sleep, and getting stomachaches every night.
