Is there a purpose to conditioning? Yes, there is.
I know there is a purpose in general. But I am trying to focus on strength for an upcoming meet and I think it will hinder my progress. I'll just keep using the prowler. I don't think it affects my lifting.

BW = 130...yikes! Not losing any weight. Diet has been extremely clean for two weeks. My goal is to be 127 by the end of this month.
